This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom is a magical space for learning, connection, socialization, and community building. Some of our most utilized classroom materials are so basic they are often dwindle quickly and need restocking often. Card-stock and thermal laminating pouches create task cards for engaging learning centers in reading, science, math and social studies. Disinfectant wipes will allow us to routinely clean germs throughout the classroom— this helps to keep the students healthy which ultimately improves attendance. Baby wipes and tissues give students a tool to independently clean messes on themselves and in their environment. Together, these items will work together to help provide a healthy and engaging learning environment for the students.
Young learners need to feel loved, be engaged, and have a clean and safe learning environment.
