My Project
The students in my Montessori community are eager workers and curious learners. They enjoy working with math, literacy, sensorial, and practical life materials, as well as engaging in different art techniques on paper. On the art shelf, they can explore different materials like watercolors, tempera paint, collage, and crayons. For many children, producing their own art or making something for a friend is a very grounding part of their school day.
It would be wonderful for each student to have a drawer in our room where they can store finished work before they take it home at the end of the day.
Having a system like this will help the children practice keeping their own work organized, and will ensure their hard work makes it home to share with their families!
