My Project
We are running low on snacks in the classroom. My first graders eat breakfast really early in the morning and have a later lunchtime. They need snacks to make it through the in-between time.
Food is fuel for their bodies. Food gives them the energy to work throughout the day. I like to give them a snack halfway through their breakfast and lunch. This helps them focus and concentrate on their work.
My students do not always bring a snack from home. It breaks my heart when I call "Snack Time," and some of them have no snack to eat. Help my students have snacks for the second half of the school year!
