These resources would provide my students when they are fidgety or when they are anxious, to help them relax and focus more on their work. Since Covid-19, I have seen an increase in student anxiety and a decrease in student executive functioning and focus. I currently have one wobble chair and students compete to see who will get to use it. Having a few extra would allow more students to benefit. Having yoga mats and resources to help students relax when they are anxious is also something I would like to provide, but I do not have the means to do so.
