Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students have been coming into the library and requesting to read specific books. Because of budget cuts, we have been unable to purchase some of the books. It would be wonderful if finally, our students would be able to read some of these books. It is through personal reading that students will practice reading and become better readers. Currently, we have 9 - 12 graders which means broad reading level abilities. It is encouraging when you walk into a place and find something you are able to read. Please help me provide our students with some personal favorites.
