I have accepted a new position in my school building for next year that will be very rewarding to myself and much needed for all students. I will be a SEAD Coach for the entire building. This stand for Social Emotional and Academic Development.
Classroom Management is so important in schools right now.
Students are facing many challenges at home and at school. They struggle to communicate how they are feeling and what they need to face their challenges. I will be setting up a space that students will find safe and comfortable in.
I want to create student portfolios for students to show the growth they make throughout the year. I will need bonders and dividers to make these portfolios. Students will do check ins each day and create goals and earn rewards.
