This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Help us make our classroom a hot spot for learning with Hot Dots. Our class is made up of twenty first grade students and a variety of learning levels. Our school has a high poverty rate; our students come from hard working parents who want the best for their kids.
My kiddos love to learn in student led situations, it empowers them to take charge and be accountable for what they are learning!

With the Hot Dots learning program, several students can work independently on different subjects and levels at the same time.
My Project
Will YOU, Help us make our classroom a hot spot for learning with Hot Dots?
Students will use the Hot Dots Learning wands and flashcards during regular class time as part of their math and reading programs.
They will also use them during the after school enrichment program. Several wands are included in this project along with a wide variety of flashcards in a large range of skill levels.
My students will get a sense of independence and will enjoy participating in learning activities that can be catered to their individual learning levels and still be used by many different students at the same time.
