My Students
Our scholars are the next generation STEM innovators in need of MTSS supports to align with the national roll-out timeline. Our school is equipped with a plethora of technology, dedicated staff members and students you have the ability to achieve phenomenal results. Although our scholars may not display the same level of proficiency compared to other demographic populations, this innovative group of young scholars has the potential to positively alter their trajectory and impact their communities on a larger scale. Even though they have experienced various setbacks, they are armed with willingness, determination and a vision for a brighter tomorrow.
My Project
As a contributor to this project, you will assist in the purchasing of a "Family Engagement Innovators Program from PowerMyLearning." These materials will make a difference in my students' learning by cultivating their social-emotional wellness and engaging their parents/guardians. As a Social-Emotional Academic Learning Pilot, one of our central school goals is to infuse these concepts throughout the learning community. This will contribute to the accomplishing of this goal by helping us transition from parent involvement to parent engagement. Additionally, my students will have access to interactive homework and a clear understanding of how to conduct activities based on their prior knowledge.
We believe in the importance of equipping children and families with the autonomy to acquire education and shared their talents with others.
This will promote higher self-awareness, relationship development, and improved social interactions. Ultimately, our scholars will experience a life-enhancing opportunity through the use of this new curriculum.
