My Project
I teach kindergartners who are always so excited to learn. In kindergarten we do a lot of cutting and pasting as well as writing and drawing. They love to illustrate their thinking and write stories. If my project is fully funded, my students won't have to use broken crayons and dried out markers and will really make their illustrations appear how they envision it. Most of my students are already reading at a first or second grade level. The pop its will help my students with sounding out and reading unfamiliar words in a fun and engaging way. We use index cards to make learning games for our letters and sight words. I teach in a title one school so the supplies will help the students as well as their families .
