My Project

As the school couselor I work with over 700 students in my school. I give lessons in every class monthly and often set classroom or schoolwide challanges and offer incentives or rewards for completing them. I also work with about 70 students in a group or individual setting on a weekly basis. These students are working on mastering various skills. When students have worked hard and reached a goal I find that they are very motivated to earn a special prize when they meet their goals. I try to find other reward besides candy, these small incentives will go in my prize box for students. These prizes will last me the whole year and get students excited to work hard and meet their goals.
