My Students
I teach at a rural school in the Wilkinson County District. The students are very eager to learn and possess a lot of energy in the learning process. My students put forth the extra effort in doing and completing all tasks that are placed before them. However at times supplies are limited and projects take longer then the required time to be completed. But given the demographics of the students and area, my students are very talented and creative in their own unique ways.
My Project
The laptop will help my students by keeping them engaged during the learning process. It will provide learning activities and learning games found online by projecting these games and activities on the interactive board in the classroom which will provide for hours of classroom learning fun. The students will be engaged in the learning process as well as be encouraged while they are learning. This will help with keeping the students focused on learning the objectives and keep them entertained as well as excited about learning the skills he/she need to learn. Overall the laptop will be a great assess to our classroom.
