Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are hardworking and inquisitive. They all contribute so much to our lessons with their unique ideas, perspectives and personalities.

Many of the students in my school could use extra support and tender loving care.

Our school has been through many changes with budget cuts over the past few years.

Our students have adjusted to the transition so well. I am very proud of each and every one.

Any resources that I have will not only benefit my students to continue to engage them but will be priceless for years to come.

My Project

A teacher pick-me- up! Current research based strategies that will light my classroom on fire!

I will spend two days with Hope and Wade King and other expert presenters as they share their passion and enthusiasm for education and give me their tips, tricks, best practices, and teacher secrets to building a successful and engaging classroom.

I want to leave feeling empowered, motivated, and prepared to create dynamic lessons that will challenge my students and leave them hungry for more.

Get Your Teach On is unlike any other educators’ conference that I can attend. The energy and passion these educators have is contagious!

Attending this conference will allow me to spend two days with Get Your Teach On Team as they share their passion and enthusiasm for literacy education as well as their tips, tricks, best practices and teacher secrets to building a successful, engaging, and rigorous classroom.
