Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are English Language learners and are driven and motivated to learn and become fluent in English so that they can be successful in every area of academics.

The binders requested for this project will be used as what we call “Data Binders”.

Data Binders will be left in the classroom all year long so that students can keep track of missing work, grades, academic progress, classroom assignments, notes, essays, projects and book reports.

Students will record their grades and missing assignments on a weekly basis which motivates them to stay engaged and encouraged in their day to day learning.

These Data Binders will also be used to help students to take part in parent-teacher conferences and will give students a sense of accomplishment and pride in their work.
