This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our Media and Technology Magnet students are pushing themselves to take advanced math and science courses that utilize scientific and basic calculators to help students visualize functions, explore graphs, and solve equations. We are preparing our students for careers in both the artistic and technological aspects of media and entertainment.
By effectively integrating scientific calculators into our math and science courses, we can help students build a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts while enhancing their problem-solving abilities.
Additionally, developing students' ability to problem solve and apply skills in real-world applications that involve modeling, physics, and financial calculations.
