This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our goal is to help students confidently explore controversial topics from multiple perspectives through our News Project. Wireless microphones will let them move freely and record clearly, improving their communication, collaboration, and media skills.
These tools create a more engaging, professional learning experience.
Our students are thoughtful, creative juniors from diverse backgrounds, many of whom lack access to resources outside school. What makes them special is their drive to be heard and understood. Wireless mics will help amplify their voices—literally and figuratively—as they grow as thinkers, speakers, individuals, and storytellers.
