it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These glue sticks will be very useful in my classroom as part of our Learning Centers and Lessons for both ELA and Math. Glue sticks are an essential part of many 1st grade lessons and learning centers as they are cut and paste and art activities. Not only are these activities an essential way to engage students in small group and individual learning activities but to continue to develop their fine motor skills. The glue sticks will help create an exciting learning environment for my students and integrate Art into both Math and ELA. Glue sticks turn our lessons into hands-on art projects. My favorite thing about using glue sticks with learning centers and lessons is the students are able to create something and have FUN while learning! Students don’t see this as work, they think they are creating an art project. What more could a teacher ask for?
