My Project

Hands-on learning and design challenges bring technology education to life. In my classes, I use design challenges to allow students to practice the design process. These challenges usually involve building something that usually requires glue. In my maker club, the kids design and build things that interest them. Currently, I have classes building drinking straw roller coasters and popsicle stick bridges. In the club they are making cardboard house or armor. We need good adhesives to make these creations happen.

My students enjoy the challenge of designing and building new things.

Through this project, we will obtain quality glue guns and an abundance of glue sticks that we can use to create amazing things. The kids are very excited about the opportunities these materials will provide for them.
