Having routines and systems in place from day one is so important in ensuring that our classroom runs smoothly and our learning time is maximized.
A pocket organizer and file storage items will help to make sure materials are easy to find, so that our class jobs are easy to implement. Students will be able to stay in class with the basics, like tissues and pencils, available in the room. We can start off our class reward system immediately with some of the prizes, such as slime. These things allow us to keep our classroom focus on math and avoid distractions.
