My Project
After-school sports are more than just games for them—they are a vital lifeline to confidence, connection, and emotional well-being.
To help our girls continue thriving, we’re requesting Under Armour women's athletic leggings and shorts that they can wear proudly during volleyball practices and after-school recreational team events.
Mental health is deeply connected to physical activity and self-esteem. When girls feel supported, equipped, and part of a team, they are more likely to open up, persevere, and grow.
Impact on Mental Health:
Encourages participation and teamwork, which reduces stress and anxiety.
Builds self-esteem by allowing girls to wear professional, matching gear.
