We love working with our energetic pre-kindergarten students each year! Our classroom is full of fun, creative, pre-kindergarten students who are excited to come to school and always eager to learn! Our classroom provides experiences and opportunities to children ages 3-5 years old within a small, rural community in central Illinois. The pre-kindergarten years have such an impact on fostering a love of writing. We have a very limited budget for writing materials and art supplies, and we are now beginning to run low on these supplies. We would love to be able to offer new writing materials and art supplies to help encourage fine motor skills in order to prepare for writing in kindergarten.
Our students are creative, energetic, compassionate friends who love to learn throughout our play-based developmentally appropriate pre-kindergarten classroom!
My Project
Fine motor skills are so important as the foundation to writing, cutting, and so many other tasks throughout the school years. We need your help in providing new and fun materials in our writing and art centers so our students can continue to create fun activities in our play-based pre-kindergarten classroom. We are currently beginning to run low on many supplies and would appreciate any assistance with out project.
Providing new and fun materials invites and encourages writers of all developmental levels to engage with materials and create a masterpiece in which they are proud.
