This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have the pleasure of working with a group of highly enthusiastic 4- and 5-year-olds who love to learn. My students deserve the best high quality early childhood education so they can build a strong foundation to be successful in the years to come. My students come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and most are English language learners. Our school is a Title I school with 100% free and reduced-price lunch.
Little hands need to develop dexterity and strength.
This will lead to important skills such as writing. The sorting games and tongs will not only work on fine motor skills but also help develop reasoning and thinking skills. The Uiqozok STEM Toys will encourage creativity while reinforcing fine motor development. We will use the table caddies to hold scissors, glue, pencils, markers, and crayons, which all lead to fine motor development as well.
