My Project

I’m starting a club to help students improve their mental health through yoga and mindfulness. This club will meet on Fridays and be open to a rotating group of students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Each week, a different set of students will have the opportunity to participate, allowing many children to benefit throughout the year.

The resources I’m requesting will help create a calm, welcoming environment where students can learn simple strategies to manage stress, build emotional regulation, and strengthen their focus and self awareness.

With your support, students will gain tools they can use both in and out of the classroom tools that support not just academic success, but lifelong well-being.
