My Students
Despite the hardships and other adversities, Our students come to school eager to learn, grow socially, and develop new personal and educational relationships. As a Title I school, our students are sometimes not afforded the opportunity to experience other types of music outside of the school day.
To believe in a child is to open all doors of opportunity.
We continue to push our students to grow and achieve at the next level each and everyday. We support the ambitions of our students and encourage them to try new things. Music has the power to inspire our students and the community around them.
My Project
Help us start our band program by donating and providing instructional method books for our students. These materials will make a difference in our students' learning by providing them with a tried and true method to learn how to play their instruments alone, and in an ensemble.
Every student can learn, and every student deserves to experience music.
As we go through the school year, students will be learning the theory and fundamentals of music as well as how to work together with their peers in an ensemble to create beautiful music. Outside of school, my students may not have access to a high quality music education. Your donation to our program will help us achieve the goal of touching each student's life with music.
