Help me give my students the ability to strengthen their leaps and turns with the ankle weights to help stretch out their legs and yoga balls to help with balancing in our turns.
The Jr Hi-Steppers are a group of dancers for our middle school who work hard on learning their leaps and turns. These girls are new to dance and have no or little experience to how to turn and leap.
The yoga balls and weights will help train the dancers to stretch out their legs to give them stable turns and length their leaps.
The Studebaker boombox will help give the girls music to dance to or exercise.
My goal with this project is to enhance the teams resource to help with all of their stretching.
