My Project
My goal is to introduce and enhance yoga practices within our classroom to improve students’ physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
Yoga has been proven to be highly beneficial for children with special needs, helping them develop better motor skills, reduce anxiety, increase focus, and promote overall well-being.
To implement this effectively, we need essential yoga equipment such as mats, blocks and bolsters that cater to their unique needs.
