My Project

Being an International Baccalaureate (IB) student can be stressful at times due to the rigor and academically challenging environment. It is important for me to provide them with a space where they can relax and help with their social and emotional learning. My students work very hard, and it is important to me that they maintain a balance with their mental health.

I want to provide a space for my students to relieve some of that stress and practice the IB learner profile traits of balanced and reflective.

In this space, students can have a zen space and watch fish in the aquarium while sipping on some hot tea. They can play with the stress balls and experience coloring therapy by coloring a bookmark.
