This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have 1,700 high school students who are in their first year back in the classroom after the pandemic and can use the aid of calming tools due to the anxiety that has stemmed from two years of isolation through distance learning. As counselors, we are seeing a rise in anxiety, depression, and ADHD that can hinder students' learning—however, with these calming tools, we can provide a kinetic outlet for any and all students to help them stay focused in the classroom and at home. Any help is appreciated!
