Help me give my students mental health awareness month survival bags filled with items to support their well being!!

My Project

The mental health of our high school students is just as important as physical health, yet many students struggle with managing stress, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions. Many of our students face difficult situations daily, and without the right coping skills, these challenges can impact their well-being, academic success, and relationships. Throughout Mental Health Awareness Month, we will provide students with opportunities to learn about mental wellness, coping strategies, and the importance of self-care. To conclude the month, each student will receive a Mental Health Survival Kit filled with stress balls, fidgets, motivational bracelets, stickers, and small treats—items that serve as tangible reminders of the importance of self-care and emotional regulation.

These survival kits will offer students a sense of comfort, encouragement, and practical tools to manage stress and emotions.

Many students do not have access to resources that help them navigate tough moments, so this small gesture can have a lasting impact. With your support, we can ensure that every student not only learns about mental health but also leaves with a toolkit to help them put their learning into practice. Your donation will help empower students to take control of their mental well-being and remind them that they are supported, valued, and not alone. Thank you for making a difference in their lives!
