My Project

Our students are more stressed than ever before! They need to be able to self-manage to be able to handle the expectations of high school. These tools will help them when they are stressed out during school and after.

Students in high school are beginning to navigate to prepare themselves for the future, which for some is much more of a struggle than others.

Resources such as stress balls, Rubiks cubes, gum and calming lights can help our students manage their stress and calm themselves. The students will use the resources at school and at home. I hope these will be tools and strategies my students can take with them into their future.
