This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These fitness tools will help in different ways for our soccer teams. The medicine balls will help with stronger inbound throws. During the game, this will give immediate feedback. The soft wall balls will allow the team to healthfully tone muscle in the lower body. Building the core and lower body is important to physically be healthy. The slides will be used to improve agility, reaction time coordination, core. Sports can be a toll on athletes. That is why our goal is to teach our athletes how to maintain a healthy body through an active lifestyle and improve performance during soccer games.
