This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I see students eyes light up with enjoyment when retelling their favorite stories using interactive props because it allows creativity, communication and collaboration with peers.

My goal for this project is to provide story props for students to be able to engage with a variety of stories .

My students have so much fun and never get tired of retelling parts of the book, sequencing events and even changing up the story with their own ideas when it comes to The Very Hungry Caterpillar and I want to provide that excitement with other children’s classics.
