My Students
My students are critical thinkers who want more! Some students have had limited exposure to persevering through problem-solving and working together. They need support to thrive. They are willing to reflect, ask questions, and make mistakes.
These avid investigators are learning how to navigate the world they were given. Every day, these students show that learning, despite challenges, is possible. They may not have made their goals yet, but they continue to amaze me with their willingness to keep moving forward.
My Project
"When you learn, Teach. When you get, Give". These inspiring words by Maya Angelou inspires us to search for stories. My students need books to help them feel connected . Stories that will help them laugh and stories where they can see the beauty of diversity. Rather in class or in front of screen at home students need to experience the world through words. Help build our classroom library as we build or classroom community. When students hear stories they are inspired to put apart of who they are on paper. Our class needs pencils to write and explore the story of who we are.
