My Students

My science students are curious and eager to learn. They are active students who learn best when they can move and work around the room.

Currently, there isn’t a place for them to store their science textbook materials.

In addition to needing a storage place, my students need comfortable seating to allow them to focus on their work. They sit around the room on the floor and it’s not always easy to work in this position. It makes learning difficult.

My students are great at collaborating with each other. They are like little think tanks around the room. They read, work, and have wonderful discussions about science topics.

My Project

Currently, my students sit at tables and have no place to store their classroom science books. They carry them around in worn out bags. When it’s time for reading them or working in groups, my students sit around the room on the floor.

This Flex-Space Classroom Storage Bench will create a place for my students to keep their science textbooks.

In addition to storing the books, the unit will allow a place for the students to sit. It provides a comfortable seat that is easy to clean. The seat will allow for several students to sit and work together. It is large enough to store the entire class’ books.
