Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students love to do art and we use up our supplies so quickly. I teach at two Elementary schools. One of my schools has a kiln and it is very fun for the students to experience doing pottery. We are always running out of glazes, and brushes. We also have never gotten some supplies that would be helpful such as kiln stilts. Both of the schools run out of watercolor paper, so it is always great to be able to stock up. Finally, we run out of certain colored pencils, especially while working on portraits. Thanks for helping my students!
