Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach in a Title I school where many of my students come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Despite the challenges they face, my students are eager to learn and thrive in an organized, engaging, and well-equipped classroom. Having the right supplies makes a huge difference in their learning experience, and with your help, we can create an environment that inspires creativity, organization, and success!

A well-stocked classroom fosters engagement, organization, and hands-on learning.

Many of the supplies we need are basic but essential—things like erasers, glue, markers, colored pencils, and highlighters help students complete their work successfully. Organization bins, 1” binders, and hallway passes will ensure smooth classroom management, while headphones and a laminator will enhance learning experiences and preserve important resources.

Additionally, science posters and LED lights will help bring lessons to life, while construction paper, cardstock, and multicolor pens will encourage creativity. To maintain a clean and welcoming space, we are also requesting wipes, gloves, brooms, and trash cans.

Finally, small rewards will be used as incentives to motivate and recognize student achievements. Your generous contribution will directly impact my students by creating a more structured, engaging, and inspiring learning environment.

With these supplies, my students will be able to focus on their learning without worrying about missing resources. Your support means everything to us, and together, we can ensure that all students—regardless of background—have what they need to succeed.
