This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are so sweet and eager to soak up all the knowledge they can. They are a diverse group of learners. My students come from many different backgrounds. I would love to give all of my students the resources they need to be successful!

My Project

This project is for basic, everyday supplies that I find my classroom running low on constantly throughout the year. We make anchor charts almost daily so the sticky easel chart paper will be used up quickly. To get papers back to students easily I want to use the 30 count mailbox holder. This will also give students the responsibility of checking their "mailbox" daily for papers. We do a lot of interactive writing on our whiteboards with expo markers and we have gone through a lot of expos, so I would like to have a little stockpile for when an expo needs replacing. I use the cardstock to print out resources for the classroom like signs/posters, review games, task cards, etc. When I use cardstock I will laminate it and it makes it last years. The dry erase pockets are so students can reuse certain papers/activities. I use the peel and stick labels to label items, manipulatives or the students belongings. The rest are a variety of items we use daily (crayons, pens, color pencils).
