Stinger Students Buzzing Through the F.A.S.T.

Help me give my students reliable headphones and other essential items to prepare them for their district test.

My Project

My students are very great learners, especially when they have the proper resources to succeed. With these headphones, my students will be able to focus on their digital resources to help prepare them for the F.A.S.T. test. Our school does not have enough laptops for every student so we share them. Sometimes we go to the library and use those computers for test preparations. However, there is always foot traffic going in and out of the library. The students are easily distracted as they want to know who is coming in and out of the library.

These headphones will be used during test prep so that they can focus and drown out distractions within their surrounding.

It will benefit the students who cannot afford a personal set of headphones to use for digital test preparations, or even our students who need to listen to the audio version of a text we just read.

The students also love to eat and snack. I try to purchase the snacks with my own funds but sometimes it can be a bit much. These snacks will allow me to reward and treat the students to snacks whenever needed, including during the breaks for testing.

The storage bins will be used to store the snacks and keep them sealed and fresh. The label maker will be used to label the storage bins for the Middle School ELA department.

If this project is funded, these headphones and other pertinent items would be a great asset in and out of the classroom!
