it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials I’ve requested will help my class regulate their stimulatory behaviors. Each one of my students is diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. They learn to through their senses! Touch, taste, hearing, smelling and seeing are the most important ways in which my students learn! Thank you for your support! It’s truly appreciated! These items will help support them through various ELA, Science, Sensory Exploration Lessons tailored to their individual goals indicated on their IEPS. Please give them the same opportunity as everyone else! Sand exploration will help them dig for objects as a part of their science curriculum. A bean bag chair and canopy creates a calming center for them to regulate their senses when they become over stimulated. A new calendar helps with math and learning to count, days of the week, months of the year, and seasons. Each of these items helps serve an important purpose.
