Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach Kindergarten to a bunch of wonderful students. I constantly reward them for making good choices in the classroom.
I am kindly requesting various sticker rolls and 2 sticker roll holders, which the students will use to get their sticker rewards.
The 2 sticker roll dispensers, I intend to mount in an area where the students can easily access, so they can pick their stickers. Since they will have various options to choose from it will be easier for them to independently do so.
These stickers will also be used for assessment. Since I currently give stickers, I sometimes give different stickers if the child met the task or not. For example, if students understand, they will get a yellow. If they tried their best, they will still get a sticker, but maybe it will be a heart sticker. This way, I can quickly assess when they are transitioning based on their sticker.
