My students' zeal for learning and their will to succeed is what sets them apart. Since many of them struggle to fill their learning gaps, I must foster an environment that is encouraging and helpful to enable them to realize their full potential.
Students' excellent behavior and efforts are reinforced when they receive stickers or snacks as a symbol of their accomplishments, which enhances the learning environment and makes it more engaging and upbeat.
Although stickers and snacks might seem like basic rewards, they can make a big difference in my students's educational experiences. The food that the snacks offer satisfies their hunger and ensures that they can concentrate in class. On the other hand, stickers act as concrete incentives to increase their motivation and sense of self.
Our school has been fortunate to have had multiple DonorsChoose projects funded and the materials have made a tremendous difference in the quality of the education they receive. Our school puts students first and supplies everything we need to be highly successful. But sometimes teachers individually identify things that would improve the delivery of their instruction and the student's educational experience. We greatly appreciate every single dollar that has been contributed to making our projects come to life!
