This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Building a positive classroom culture is very important to me. My entire philosophy of classroom management focuses on building relationships, recognizing and rewarding positive behavior choices, and giving students a safe space when they make mistakes. Having a sticker store will provide my students with immediate recognition of their positive choices.

Elementary music students thrive on motivation, and stickers serve as a simple yet effective incentive for encouraging positive behavior.

Stickers and scrunchies provide immediate recognition for achievements, helping to boost confidence and foster a sense of accomplishment. Stickers can also promote a fun and engaging classroom atmosphere, making learning more enjoyable. Additionally, tangible rewards like stickers help reinforce good behavior, encouraging students to stay focused and participate actively in lessons. Overall, they play a crucial role in creating a positive learning environment that supports both musical growth and personal development.
