My Project

I teach a group of diverse learners with significant special needs ranging from 3 year olds to 5th graders in a rural title I school. Our students are incredibly unique, and many of them face challenges that require additional support in their learning environment.

One of the most effective tools to help students engage, develop fine motor skills, promote creativity and co-operations, and boost language skills is through sensory play.

That's why we are seeking donations for a set of extra large magnetic tiles.

These colorful, magnetic building tiles are a fantastic resource for our students, encouraging problem-solving, teamwork, and tactile exploration. With your donation, you will be helping us create an inclusive and supportive classroom where our students can thrive. These tiles will not only assist in their educational development, but they will also provide our students with an outlet for self-expression, sensory regulation, and social interaction.
