Help me give my students an opportunity to display the work. The glue sticks and hot glue guns are necessary tools to print rich walls in our classroom and hallway.
I am a high school special education teacher. My students have a variety of disabilities and limitations. Many of my students display their understanding of a topic with pictures and drawings.
"Sticking Them Up with Glue" will give the students opportunities to display their work and to be proud of their accomplishments.
My students have difficulty expressing themselves with words. Although, they understand the concepts being taught. Giving them opportunities to express their understanding in drawings is a form of differentiating instruction. My goal is for every students to have two or more pieces displayed in the classroom.
