it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach high functioning special need students. In today's fast-paced educational environment, the mental health and well-being of students have become a critical area of focus. Research has shown that practices like yoga can significantly reduce stress, improve concentration, and promote a sense of calm among students.
To support our on-going efforts to prioritize mental health in the classroom, I am requesting the acquisition of yoga mats, yoga blocks, and fitness stepper.
The primary purpose of this request is to integrate yoga and mindfulness practice into our daily classroom routine.
