My Project
I am a STEM specials teacher. I have the pleasure of providing K-5 students with 40 minutes of daily hands-on experiences to solve problems, brainstorm ideas, create prototypes, test prototypes, and redesign their creations for improvement.
Our students could benefit from more hands-on tools in the classroom.
LEGO Education My World will give the students opportunities to design, create, and build structures as they fantasize about how they can create things in their world.
Gears! Gears! Gears! will provide students with engineering design opportunities.
Paper circuits will give our students opportunities to experiment with electricity and its uses.
These hands-on tools are a great need in our classroom and could create countless learning experiences for our students to sustain their interest in STEM!
