My Students
I am privileged to teach 45 outstanding students. My students are very inquisitive, creative, and extremely clever. We are a Title I school where over two-thirds of the population receives free or reduced-price lunch. Even through adversity, these students are still resilient, excited, and enthused about learning.
Our school is very culturally diverse, extremely competitive, and we strive for excellence daily.
Willing, ready, and always trying to stand out above the rest, we need to produce competitive scholars for the future. We are shining stars and would love to shine with or above the rest.
My Project
Getting scholars excited about STEM activities is what the drones, circuit snaps, electric motor science kit, and butterfly farms will bring to our classroom.
Scholars will develop pertinent skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, communication, collaboration and more while working on STEM activities.
By having drones in our classroom scholars will definitely be discovering new creative and innovative learning styles both inside and outside the classroom. The butterfly farms will support our science unit, the circuit snaps and electric motor science kit will allow the scholars to build and create many different circuit and motor kits. All of these STEM items will bring much fun and engagement to learning.
