This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students do not have many real world opportunities to utilize their science and math problem solving skills. Most of the time, they only get to practice those skills at school.
The materials in the STEM kits will help give my students more chances to practice their problem solving and cooperation skills.
A lot of my students need more practice with these skills because they did not have many opportunities to use them during the pandemic.
Using the STEM kits will help inspire all my students: girls, boys, introverts, extroverts, native English speakers, and English language learners. They will have a great time practicing their problem solving skills along with building their language skills.
