This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 2nd grade students have worked hard all year, growing as problem-solvers, thinkers, and collaborators. As we wrap up the school year, I want to celebrate their progress with hands-on STEM learning games that spark creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking.

These games won't just be fun — they will reinforce key science, math, and engineering concepts through interactive play.

With your help, I hope to create a "STEM Game Station" in our classroom, where students can rotate through engaging activities like building challenges, coding puzzles, and logic-based board games.

Many of my students thrive with hands-on, game-based learning — especially those who struggle with traditional instruction. These tools will make our final weeks meaningful and memorable while keeping learning alive. And even better, I plan to reuse these games year after year to keep inspiring future scientists, engineers, and problem-solvers.
