My Project

STEM is important because it teaches critical thinking skills and instills a passion for innovation while simultaneously teaching students to work together to bring their ideas to completion. Beyond the benefit of learning science, technology, engineering, and math, STEM assists in the problem-solving and exploratory learning that fuel success across a variety of tasks and disciplines. The focus on logical thought processes and problem-solving allows students to develop mental habits that will help them succeed in any field. STEM coursework challenges students to think critically and come up with their own solutions.

This project will continue to fund our growing STEM room and encourage students to develop those problem solving skills as well as assist with their social emotional learning - all very critical in today's world.
