This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are eager to learn, with inquiring minds. They get excited about STEM projects and love to try new investigations. My students have so many questions and have the willingness to investigate different topics. My 5th graders really enjoyed doing PBL (Project-based learning)

I hope to provide my students with the tools to enable them to work more efficiently as well as provide an area designated to practice these projects.

We are working with laptops and we are in need of mouse pads as well as a mouse to make navigation run a bit more smoothly. My students thrive with hands-on experiences. These items will help me provide my students with those experiences. The Kinazium Construction set will provide a place for my students to run our robots. The set allows students to create obstacles for the students to maneuver their robots. The excitement in my students' eyes when they learn something new is so rewarding.
